2 Questions You Will Not Regret Asking: A conversation every Great Leader should have

Your success as a Leader is directly related to the number of uncomfortable conversations you are willing to have.

Would you agree? If yes, then I have a challenge for you.

Below are two questions that I think every great leader needs to ask the people they spend the most time with.

Question #1: Out of 10 how would you rate our relationship?

Question #2: What can I do, to make it a 10?

This is the challenge I have given the Managers I am mentoring.

I want them to ask these two questions to 3 of their most important work relationships.

Below is a short video I made (1min 13sec) explaining why these two questions are so powerful.

So what do you think?

Are these questions useful?

If your answer is yes – Let me give you the same challenge, but I will make it easier for you, I want you to just pick one person in your life (work or personal) and ask them the same two questions.

I would love to know how they reacted and of course what you learned from it.
These two questions have really helped me, and I know it can do the same for you.
