Filipino food has been acknowledged as one of the hottest food trends for London this 2018.

UK’s The Telegraph gave the distinction to Filipino food giving the heading “P is for the Philippines” in its published A-Z of 2018’s hottest food trends.

“We’ll be gobbling more Filipino food in 2018, from paksiw na isda (fish cooked in vinegar) and pork belly adobo, to mango, kalamansi and ube ice cream” wrote Martha de Lacey, crediting the prediction to restaurant consultancy company Baum+Whiteman.
