2. YouTuber’s poem for COVID-19 Frontliners

YouTuber Apet Cruz posted a video of him reciting a poem dedicated to his fellow workers in the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic – and the poem went viral after being embraced by workers and their families.

1. UP doctors singing to inspire fellow frontliners

University of the Philippines doctors from around the world took to singing the Philippine General Hospital Hymn to cheer on their fellow health workers and honor those who have died due to the coronavirus disease.

The video posted in April came at a time when the UP administration reported 15 UP doctors and medical workers passed away as a result of ministering to the sick. “They died alone, with no relatives around to hold their hands as they breathed their last. Some still have to be buried, and others were cremated with no ceremony and no one to bid them goodbye.”
