Good news for quarantined Metro Manila residents who miss the taste of pasalubong treats from the country’s summer capital, Baguio City!

Buyers can now purchase the Mountain Maid Good Shepherd specialty products through the newly set up online store on Facebook of the social enterprise run by the Religious of the Good Shepherd.

Good Shepherd Baguio Online Shop Facebook announced on June 7, 2020, that it has started accepting orders from the National Capital Region.

The store accepts orders for delivery on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Metro Manila.

The UNESCO Creative City and ASEAN Clean Tourist City awardee also shared that, despite the global health and economic crisis, they are committed to continuing their legacy of creating quality food products to sustain the educational needs of their scholars from Cordillera.

“St. Joseph is the powerful protector of the work of the Good Shepherd. We dreamt of continuing the programs for the youth of the Cordillera challenged because of the lockdown and threats of Covid-19 pandemic. The Online Shop realizes that dream of sustainability,” said the shop on its Facebook post.

Buyers will see the tag “You help send us to college each time you buy our products” in every bottle of Mountain Maid-Good Shepherd Baguio products. The social enterprise supports the college education of students in the Cordillera.
