The sale references to the “Balik sa Bohol”, an original Boholano composition often sung by local musicians aboard a floating restaurant or at the departure area of ports enticing visitors to return. 1. Negative RT-PCR test result, swab or saliva taken within 72 hours to travel time
  2. Confirmed booking at a DOT Accredited hotel
  3. Registration through tourism.bohol.gov.ph

Mayor Leonila Montero of Panglao, the first LGU to reopen tourism in Bohol, said that no quarantine is required if the visitor is from within the tourist bubble or is a resident of Panglao. The requirements are less stringent but still safe following DOT guidelines, using DOT-accredited vehicles, and travel and tours.

Panglao is adopting a paradigm shift in diving activities breaking the myth of exclusivity to privileged adults only and is making an awareness campaign that diving is for families instead of individual divers. Diving also involves environmental activities such as coral transplantation.
