North Hollywood, July 18, 2025 — What. A. Night! I had the honor of covering Jed Madela’s Superhero concert right here in North Hollywood — and let me tell you, it was nothing short of magical.
Before the show, I went backstage for some exclusive BlogTalk interviews with the man of the hour, Jed Madela, and the powerhouse lineup of Starlink Artists: Caren Mempin, Mike Luke, Cristiani Balonga Rebada (yes, from FilTrio!), Kevin Morfe Hermogenes, Hollywood actress Alexis Aubrey, celebrity MUA Marlon Velasco, celebrity photographer James Mags, host and fitness coach Christian Ylagan, and of course, my fabulous co-host Gabee Reyes.
Jed’s voice? WOW. He gave us a full 2-hour show filled with songs from his Superhero album and an OPM medley that gave us goosebumps. He wasn’t just singing — he was telling stories through every note.
And let’s not forget the Starlink Artists who gave soulful, heartfelt performances that truly brought Pinoy pride centerstage.
A big shoutout to Garth Garcia of Starlink Promotions and his amazing co-producers who were recognized onstage — you made this happen!
Oh—and just when we thought the night couldn’t get any better—4th Impact made a surprise visit to promote their 10th-year concert coming this August 29, 2025. So thrilled to also spot Amiel Tabirao Noble of Noble Creations Online in the crowd.
I’m telling you, Pinoys in LA brought the energy, and we showed the world that OPM is alive and thriving — even in Hollywood!
