Filipina teen gymnasts win silver, bronze medals in Budapest Gracia Cup

Filipina teen gymnasts Breanna Labadan and Daniela Reggie Dela Pisa took home silver and bronze medals in the recently concluded Gracia Cup international rhythmic gymnastics tournament in Budapest, Hungary.

Philippine Women’s Gymnastics team members Labadan and Dela Pisa both emerged victorious from the individual all-around events of the competition held from August 29 to 30, 2021.

Fifteen-year-old gymnast prodigy Labadan won a silver medal in the 2006-A division, while Dela Pisa, 18, took bronze in the Senior-A category of the tournament.

The unstoppable rhythmic gymnastics duo is mentored by renowned gymnast and coach Dora Vass.

Prior to the Gracia Fair Cup, the teenage gymnasts together won medals in the Tavazsi Kupa and Santa’s Cup, also in Hungary.

Labadan and Dela Pisa earlier brought home 5 golds from their victorious 3-country European campaign in 2019.
