Drag Den pageant reality show host Manila Luzon competed on the third season of Drag Race and competed again on the first and fourth seasons of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars.

Miss Grand International 2016 1st runner-up Nicole Cordoves will serve as the show’s “drag dealer” or resident judge who will work with guest judges every episode.

The show will also feature content creator Sassa Girl as the “drag runner” who will serve as the hype girl of the contestants before and after performances and during deliberations.

“Drag Den” auditions began on TikTok in August 2021. After a long hiatus, the show released a teaser in September on Facebook with a picture of Manila Luzon with the caption “#justwokeup”.

“Drag Den” will premiere on December 8, 2022, on Amazon Prime Video worldwide.

Ru Paul’s Drag Race’s “Oh. My. Gaga!” episode won a Creative Arts Emmy Award for Filipino-American fashion designer Zaldy Goco. The Canadian edition of the show featured Filipino-Canadian Kimmy Couture, the first Pinay to reach the finale.
