The Filipina superhero was again teased by Greg Pak as debuting on the first release of the Marvel Comic’s new series “War of the Realms: New Agents of Atlas” alongside with the two new superheros from other Asian countries.

Marvel’s Wave can be seen on the teaser as defending the Philippine Sea while arguing with another superhero and revealing some of her abilities.

“Wave, your territory’s the Philippine Sea. What are you doing here?” Aero asks Wave. “Who are you to ask, Aero? These aren’t Chinese waters,” Wave responds.

Wave was introduced with the name Pearl Pangan, with her base in Cebu City in central Philippines.

Wave is joined by two other superheroes from China debuting on the “War of the Realms: New Agents of Atlas.”
