New Jollibee music video showcases Filipino pride

The newest Jollibee video continues to showcase Filipino sentiments with a fresh cover of the song “Ang Sarap, Ang Saya Maging Pilipino” which was first released as a Philippine Independence Day anthem.

The new video released by the homegrown Filipino food chain features a new recording of the anthem performed by young singing sensations Morissette Amon, Sam Concepcion, Tippy Dos Santos, Keiko Necessario, and Tim Pavino.

The song which was originally launched in time for the 118th Philippine Independence Day in 2016 is an inspirational song to remind everyone that it is a good thing to be Filipino and that there are many reasons to be proud to be Pinoy.

“Sarap at Saya” was first recorded by new Broadway star Rachelle Ann Go and young power belter singer Darren Espanto.

The Filipino language lyrics of the song and the original video produced by Jollibee depicts the beauty of the Philippines, world class achievements, the tenacity of the Filipino, and the joyful local culture.
