Palawan’s scenery was named one of the top picks of the “Most Instagrammable Places In The World” list released by Big 7 Travel this January, 2020.

Landing at 36th spot, Palawan was described as a topnotch spot for hash-tagging Instagram users.

“A piece of paradise that’s miles away from the hectic bustle of Manila, Palawan is simply perfect. Instagrammers have been flocking to it in droves in recent months and the buzz around Palawan is only getting bigger…” says Big 7 Travel.

Palawan was ranked ahead of Osaka, Japan (38), Shanghai, China (40), Seoul, South Korea (41), Milan, Italy (44), and Cairo, Egypt (50).

The World’s Best Island-lister made the final cut for the 50 Most Instagrammable Places In The World after a scoring system that counted hashtags, survey results, and votes cast by the Big 7 Travel global editorial team.

The Philippines’ Palawan islands were also picked Top 11th in the World’s Best Bucket List Places for the New Decade.

In this list, Forbes Magazine recommends the Best Places for a Palawan Holiday.

Palawan, where Fil-Canadian star Devon Sawa spent his Christmas holiday in 2019, will be the 2020 site of the filming of the Korean reality show “Laws of the Jungle”.

SEND CHEERS to the people of Palawan and the tourism industry for this new accolade given to the Philippine islands!
