SPACES World Plaza in Bonifacio Global City Taguig was adjudged the Philippines’ Best Co-Working Space at the 2019 PropertyGuru awards held in July.
SPACES by IWG, a pioneer in the Philippines, was given the Design Award for its outstanding design aesthetics for a co-working environment. The PropertyGuru citation was awarded less than a year since the establishment of SPACES in BGC Taguig by a team led by Lars Wittig, the Country Manager of Regus & SPACES by IWG Philippines.
The SPACES BGC design fits the need for businesses to connect. “In SPACES it is not only co-working, we are literally building communities. We have multiple events every week. And that is how we are connecting,” shared Wittig to Good News Pillipinas in an earlier interview.
SPACES BGC occupies the two topmost floors of World Plaza. The community hall, all of its 815 sq.m. at the Penthouse, boasts of practically a 360-degree view of the Philippines’ business center. The natural lighting from the surrounding floor-to-floor windows provides an energetic vibe for the occupants who work in a comfortable environment with work stations for individuals and groups, private meeting rooms, and private phone booths.
The muted colors and music, designer desks and sofas, allow for focused interactions, meetings, and planning. An in-house cafe by Little Flour is ever-ready to serve hot meals and drinks to keep the creative juices flowing.
Another floor houses office desks and rooms for tenants who require dedicated areas. SPACES BGC is open 24/7 with round-the-clock building security and maintenance personnel.
The SPACES team expanded to Makati this year with a whole building on Arnaiz Avenue – another first for the Philippines.
