Team Philippines reaps 10 medals, awards in Asian Taekwondo Poomsae tilt

The Philippines’ National Poomsae team has bagged ten medals and special awards including two golds in the 6th World Taekwondo Asia Poomsae Championships in Beirut, Lebanon.

The Philippine Taekwondo Team harvested two gold medals, three silver medals, and five bronze medals to finish third overall in the international tournament live-streamed at the Nouhad Naufal Indoor Stadium on June 14, 2021.

Most Valuable Players (MVPs) Darius Venerable of the University of Sto. Tomas (UST) and Juvenile Faye Crisostomo led the individual and team events, besting competitors from all over Asia.

Here are the Filipino players who brought home medals and special awards from the 6th World Taekwondo Asia Poomsae Championships in Lebanon:
