The Philippines’ Palawan islands have been named among the world’s best bucket list places for the new decade beginning 2020 by Big7 Travel.

Big7 Travel ranked the world-famous Palawan as its Top 11 pick among its “50 Bucket List Places You Need To Visit This Decade” published in the first week of January 2020.

“Palawan made our list of the world’s best bucket list islands for a reason. It feels untouched, with white sandy beaches and tropical jungle,” says Big7 Travel.

Palawan’s El Nido cluster of 45 islands was recommended for exploration, especially its famous Secret Lagoon.

“Swim through a hole in the limestone rocks to enter a hidden bay with crystal clear water and soft sand,” the travel site further recommends.

The Big7 Travel Guide site chose the 50 bucket list places across the world and introduced them as: “Spanning six continents, consider this your essential travel inspiration for the next decade. From places that are at risk of becoming lost forever to those that are only just getting noticed, you’ll have the time of your life exploring these destinations.”

After the Christmas holidays, travelers look forward to Summer 2020 – and if you are one of those people who want to visit and discover places you’ve always dreamed of the Big 7 Travel Bucket List should help you out.

Many tourists flock to the Philippines for its islands especially Palawan which offers white sandy beaches and tropical jungles. You can swim or ride a boat through a passage between limestone rocks to enter a hidden bay with crystal water and soft sand – all of these and more are what make the Palawan Islands and the entire Philippines known for its beauty.

We’re even getting a lot of tourism recognition and honor, both from local and international groups!

Here are more reasons why Palawan is making the local and international tourists say #ItsmoreFuninthePhilippines:

Palawan is not just your “staycation” destination but it can also be a film location of your soon-to-be favorite K-Drama!

And we’ve also been featured by Forbes (amazing, right?) as the international magazine recommends the best places to go to in Palawan for your holiday-cation.

Did you hear about 1990’s heartthrob and Casper’s human form, Devon Sawa, also went to Palawan and gushed over its beauty? Yes, and we also want to keep him mesmerized by the beauty of Philippines!

CNN Travel also listed the Palawan Islands as one of the 10 World’s Most Beautiful Islands.

This made the whole country even more proud as Palawan landed Top 2 in the list of “World’s Best Islands“!

With reports from Ronarose Mae Vicencio.

SEND cheers to Big7 Travel and the Palawan community for showcasing the best of the Philippine islands!
