The NBA short entitled “Ball In The New Normal” showcases the Philippines as a basketball nation. The docu follows a community of Filipino athletes who fueled their love for the game amidst the challenges during the nationwide lockdown enforced last year to stop the spread of COVID-19.

The film shot entirely with the Vivo x50 pro smartphone, highlights the country’s finest basketball players and fans, including actor and long-time NBA fan Khalil Ramos, professional basketball player L.A. Tenorio, National Wheelchair Basketball coach Vernon Perea, and college basketball player Christina Dimaunahan.

The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards are the only awards program to recognize innovation in business throughout the entire Asia-Pacific region.

Winners of the eighth edition of the annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards will be celebrated during the virtual awards ceremony on July 14, 2021.

Philippine malls Greenhills, Tiendesitas, and Estancia, together bagged four bronze medals at last year’s annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.
