The Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS) is inviting photographers and videographers to join the MORAC Access Day on October 4 at the Clark International Speedway.

The announcement follows the success of the inaugural CIFOS Shutter Session held in August during the PHIMOS 4-wheel races, which drew over 40 photographers—the largest group ever to cover a single event at the venue.
MORAC Access Day is open to freelance photographers, videographers, hobbyists, motorsports club members, and social media creatives. Participants will receive free entry and official media access, including trackside shooting slots, media vests, and welcome kits.

“We were astounded by the turnout for our first Shutter Session and the incredible talent on display,” said CIFOS Organizing Director Michaelson Lim. “This next event is a testament to our mission of merging the thrill of speed with the passion of creative culture. We are providing a unique platform for aspiring artists to get up close to the action and tell their own stories of motorsport.”
A panel of CIFOS judges will select 10 photo finalists and 5 video finalists. Criteria include creativity, composition, storytelling, brand relevance, and how well the entries capture the motorsport and festival atmosphere.
