Philippine Universities Make a Mark: 16 Institutions Ranked in QS Asia University Rankings
The 2024 Quacquarelli Symonds Asia University Rankings (QS AUR) have again recognized the Philippines' educational excellence, listing 16 universities, including four new entries. The University of the Philippines (UP) leads this group, maintaining its position as the country's top university. In the latest rankings, UP climbed nine spots to 78th in Asia from its previous 87th position, marking its presence in the top 10% of 856 Asian universities and 18th out of 148 in Southeast Asia.
