
The Filipino Association of Gloucestershire is inviting everyone to “Experience the Philippines through Food, Music, and Culture” on Sunday, May 11, 2025, from 12 noon to 5 PM at King’s Square, Gloucester.
This community event celebrates Filipino Heritage Month and International Nurses Day with a special tribute to the invaluable contributions of Filipino nurses and healthcare workers serving in the NHS, care homes, and private sectors across the United Kingdom.
Guests can look forward to an immersive cultural experience that highlights the richness of Filipino traditions. The program includes:
- Authentic Filipino street food and traditional dishes
- Live performances featuring Original Pilipino Music (OPM)
- Cultural displays, crafts, and family-friendly activities
- A chance to connect with the vibrant Filipino community in Gloucester
