Filipina CEOs and influencers gathered at SPACES World Plaza Bonifacio Global City for the Flair Image Consultancy forum celebrating International Women’s Month on March 20.

Speakers at the “Influencing in Heels” shared their experiences and insights about the value of personal branding, self-development, image, etiquette, and style.

A realty group CEO, fashion stylists, a community manager, and the country’s vision board coach freely shared tips and insights on how to be empowered women in the world of business and trade.

1SHEILA LOBIEN, FILIPINA CEO

“Time Management is very important and it begins with having a clear vision and clear goals,” according to Sheila Lobien, CEO of Lobien Realty Group.

The realty industry leader added that “We have to find our sweet spot – determine what it is that we love, what we’re great at and where we are most effective.”

She also shared the importance of self-development and that women have to “Keep Growing!” She ended her talk by saying, “My story is a work in progress. For me, success is a balance of these three things: Family, career, and growth.”

2ANNA BELLA ARGUELLES, STYLISTS OF SORTS & NASIA CAMMAYO, NASIA CAMMAYO STYLING

Stylists Anne Bella Arguelles and Nasia Cammayo freely gave style tips and advice to the women in the audience.

They encouraged the participants “to embrace their uniqueness, define their personal style and own it, for there is power in beauty.”

Arguelles and Cammayo presented event attendees turned instant models dressed in outfits from Florence Fling Clothing Store during an impromptu styling workshop.

3GINNY VILLEGAS, FLAIR MANAGING DIRECTOR

Flair Image Consultancy Managing Director Ginny Villegas spoke about the importance of creating a winning image saying, “We can be more influential if we look credible, respectable, and attractive.”

4PATRICIA REPOSO, SPACES COMMUNITY MANAGER

“Embrace your scars, learn to face the challenges and rise above them,” advises SPACES Community Manager Patricia Reposo. Reposo admitted she allowed herself to be vulnerable and shared how she struggled and dealt with her insecurities.

5JANICE VILLANUEVA, MOMMY MUNDO

“Find your passion and purpose. Figure out what keeps you motivated and do that,” panelist Janice Villanueva of Mommy Mundo shared.

6TRIXIE ESGUERRA, POSITIVITRIX AND GOOD NEWS PILIPINAS! TV ANCHOR

“Find your strength. Be yourself. Huwag kang kokopya. Embrace you!” interjected event emcee and panel moderator Trixie Esguerra of Positivitrix and anchor of Good News Pilipinas! TV.

It was a gathering where women came together to support and empower each other. The attendees learned valuable lessons from the speakers, prizes were also raffled off and a cocktail and networking night concluded the event.
