SM Supermalls scores 2 International Visual Merchandising Awards

SM Supermalls scored two citations from The International Visual Merchandising (VM) Awards at the Retail Design Expo in London.

The Philippines’ largest chain of shopping malls was awarded for having the most outstanding visual merchandising executions and examples from among over 140 entries from around the world.

The two VM Awards given to SM Supermalls are:

  1. Most Outstanding Feature or Prop for SM Aura Premier’s A Christmas Under the Sea
  2. Shopping Centres, Town Centres, and Airports SM Aura Premier’s A Christmas Under the Sea

SM South Luzon’s Dinos in the Mall was also shortlisted for the Shopping Centres, Town Centres, and Airports category.

“These global accomplishments continue to drive our passion for innovation as we develop exciting and meaningful visual display exhibits and executions to elevate customer experiences in SM malls,” said Jonjon San Agustin, SM Supermalls senior vice president for marketing.

The 2018 VM Awards for SM Supermalls is the second time for the popular mall to win at the VM Awards. SM won at the 2017 VM Christmas Awards for the 2016 SM Malls of Asia Christmas Wonderland mall display to become the only Philippine shopping mall brand to receive a VM Christmas Award.
