The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) has unveiled a vibrant set of commemorative stamps and souvenir sheets featuring four of the Philippines’ most iconic festivals: Kadayawan, Panagbenga, Singkaban, and Sinulog.

Discover how Filipino heritage comes to life in these stunning stamps featuring historic sites that shaped Asia’s first democracy.

Postmaster General Luis D. Carlos said, “It is a great honor to celebrate these festivals not only in parades and performances but also in our unique way, through commemorative stamps and philatelic frames that preserve these moments in time and share their stories across the country and around the world.”

The special release captures the rich cultural traditions, artistry, and community pride behind each celebration. The collection was launched on April 25, 2025, at Lucky Chinatown Mall in Binondo, Manila, where the Bulacan Singkaban Dancers of the City Tourism Office performed dances inspired by the featured festivals.

Celebrate Filipino childhood memories with these special stamps honoring traditional games like Luksong Tinik.

The Singkaban Festival of Bulacan pays tribute to local artistry with bamboo arches and traditional design, symbolizing patriotism and love for culture. Baguio’s Panagbenga Festival, also called the Flower Festival, bursts with floral beauty and the creativity of the Cordilleran people. Davao’s Kadayawan Festival is a grand thanksgiving celebration honoring bountiful harvests and the cultural richness of 11 indigenous tribes. Cebu’s Sinulog Festival blends faith and festivity through dance in reverence to the Sto. Niño.

PHLPost produced 10,000 copies of the festival stamps in block-of-four format, each priced at ₱16. Graphic artist Jose Antonio A. Jayme designed the layout. Stamps are now available at the Post Shop in Annex 1, Manila Central Post Office compound, Liwasang Bonifacio.

Celebrate Filipino pride with every letter—explore how these iconic festivals shine in the PHLPost commemorative stamps.
