Juan Disiplinado, a book authored by CEO Raymond Domingo, aims to break the Juan Tamad stereotype that is so deeply ingrained in the Filipinos’ cultural subconscious.

Focusing on the best practices and success stories of 20 exemplary Filipinos from different industries, this advocacy book on discipline and results-driven values formation is the result of four-year labor of combined perseverance and will power for the real estate businessman with more than 25 years of experience in property development, management, sales, and marketing.

“This book is a product of my love for our country, and gratitude to all people who have shown how discipline can take us even further,” Stratforce Global’s CEO Raymond Domingo said to media during the launch of his debut book last June 25 at the Bench Café in BGC.

“Our mission is to help Filipinos reframe the traditional mindset of Juan Tamad by bringing out the Juan Disiplinado in each one of us”, he also explained.

Domingo hopes that by sharing uplifting and inspirational stories of successful individuals from different fields and backgrounds, he can inspire the younger generation to incorporate discipline in their everyday lives in order to successfully achieve higher goals.

Among those featured in the book are Century Properties Group founder and chairman Jose Eduardo Antonio, Robinsons Retail Holdings president Robina Gokongwei-Pe, inspirational speaker Bo Sanchez, and author-motivational speaker Chinkee Tan.

Juan Disiplinado is now available in major bookstores and costs PhP 395. If you want to request a delivery, you can order through the website. Part of the proceeds of the book goes to Anawim Foundation, a home for the aged missions founded by Catholic lay preacher Bo Sanchez.
