University of San Carlos graduate tops Civil Engineer board exams

University of San Carlos (USC) graduate Lou Mervin Tristan Pua Mahilum topped the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in November.

Mahilum led the 6,510 out of 15,075 (43.18%) board passers in the examinations given by the Board of Civil Engineering in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga this November 2019.

The University of San Carlos in Cebu City also topped the recent board for Electrical Engineers.

USC graduates were also topnotchers in the board exams for Psychometricians and Certified Public Accountants.
