The Philippines’ first bank, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), won three trophies at the 17th IABC Philippine Quill Awards.
The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Philippine chapter recognized the Bank of the Philippine Islands’ communications excellence for the following projects:
- Championing Cybersecurity Awareness
- Pursuing Financial Inclusion through BanKO programs
- 2017 Integrated Report
The communication awards for BPI was held on August 30 in Pasay City,
BPI’s cybersecurity campaign had earlier earned the distinction of being the “House of the Year: Philippines” in the Asia Risk Awards.
BPI’s BanKO micro banks for micro-entrepreneurs had also opened its 200th branch.
